THE prefix for Elamo Sport Horses is derived from the combination of its two owners’ first names; Elaine and Morris Smyth.

They own and produce many horses these days, but in the beginning it was their love of dogs that brought them together; both showed professionally and enjoyed impressive results over many years of competition. Morris held the top breeder title for 13 years and was well known for breeding much sought after pups.
