Twenty-five-year-old Sven Hadley is a perfect example. Based in Co Galway, a place that is renowned for its traditional Irish-bred horses, he is running his family business at Hadley Sport Horses. In addition to competing, he is buying, selling and breeding in an ever changing industry.
