MARK O’Hare capped off a productive week, which saw him sell his recent Dromahane winner Honeysuckle for €110,000 at the Goffs Punchestown sale, by riding at double at a sun-kissed Taylorstown fixture.

That brace included something of a deja vu moment, as he returned victorious in the Cathal McGovern colours on a Colin McBratney-trained runner in the Lynda Hughes Memorial older geldings’ maiden. The trio had 10-years earlier combined to win a similar older maiden at the course with none other than Ballyholland, a subsequent Galway Plate winner.
