WITH just five days to go until the start of the action, the eventing fraternity will gather at Tattersalls next week, for the 14th renewal of the popular International Horse Trials and Country Fair.

Since its inception, this annual feature has become one of the ‘must attend’ events on the international circuit, and with representatives from 14 individual nations, this year’s showcase is no exception. Some of the world’s best riders from Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Britain, Ireland, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, New Zealand and Sweden are due to take part, while, for the third year in succession, there is a trio of riders from the United States of America.
