WITH the dark evenings closing in, Sunday was an apt time for Leinster Dressage to draw the curtain down on its summer league. Starting in May, the league consisted of nine shows which took place in Killossery Lodge Stud, Coilog Equestrian Centre and the National Horse Sport Arena. Placings were based on the three highest scores, with attendance at the final in Killossery compulsory.

First in the BD 2 test on Sunday and second in the BD 17 behind Orla Carroll and the 10-year-old Riverland Roi gelding Bridgehousestud Riverking, Louise Somers won the Preliminary league with Indian Mist.
