In last Sunday’s 1.45m jump-off, Dave Quigley steered Ulot to finish third with a double clear in 37.86 seconds. The €24,000 class was won by Mexico’s Santiago Lambre (Wasabi) in 36.54, while Belgium’s Constant van Paesschen (Diamanthina Van’t Ruytershof) was second in 36.67.

A couple of days earlier, Quigley and the same 13-year-old gelding were fourth in a 1.45m speed class with a clear in 66.93. Brazil’s Marlon Zanotelli won in 64.08.
