THE six-day Tattersalls Ireland November National Hunt Sale got off to a decidedly low key start today with a session largely given over to yearlings falling some way short of the corresponding day 12 months ago.

The high point of a generally subdued day’s trade was a €42,000 son of the late Fame And Glory whose price fell well short of the €75,000 paid for last year’s top priced yearling.
