STAGING races confined to trainers with four horses or less is one of the proposals being put forward by a new association which represents Ireland’s 250 restricted trainers.
Handler Mick Goff has sent an initial batch of three horses to trainer Shark Hanlon to run on the racecourse; while Brian Acheson has three four-year-olds in training with Colin Bowe for this season
