THERE was a division in opinion about the race-going experience at ParisLongchamp on Arc weekend – personally, I thought it was the best racing occasion I have attended, though some of the facilities were undoubtedly stretched – but I reckon we can all agree that the Arc itself was a belter, whether you were watching from afar or close up.

There was also a division in opinion about the outcome of the race itself, specifically with regards to whether or not the fast-finishing runner-up Sea Of Class should have won rather than Enable.
