There is a seven runner field for the Group 1 Darley Irish Oaks on Saturday.

Aidain O'Brien has three representatives; Bye Bye Baby, Forever Together, and Magic Wand.

“Magic Wand has come out of Ascot well and we’ve been pleased with her since then,” O’Brien said.

Magic Wand is a hot favourite to turn the reassert her superiority this weekend following an impressive victory in last month's Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot.

Since her Epsom heroics, Forever Together has suffered an odds-on defeat in the Pretty Polly Stakes at the Curragh.

Trainer Aidan O'Brien, bids for his sixth Irish Oaks success.

Curragh-trainer Willie McCreery is represented by Mary Tudor.

"She's in good shape, she did her last bit of work on Tuesday, Billy Lee rode her and was very happy with her, so roll on Saturday," said McCreery.

"She would prefer a slight ease in the ground, but I thought she ran well at Naas when it was quite quick the last day. It's going to be quick ground, though, there's no significant rain forecast, so it is what it is."

"We'll sit until we turn into the straight anyway and wait as long as possible. I'm very positive, you have to be going into an Oaks," he added.

The only international raider comes in the form of the Haggas-trained, daughter of Sea The Stars, Sea Of Class.

The filly is widely regarded as the biggest threat to the Ballydoyle trio.

James Doyle will be on board and told At The Races: "She's been impressive in winning a couple of Listed races, she has a smart turn of foot and seems to be heading in the right direction, I'm really excited to ride her."

Joseph O'Brien aims to add to his tally of big races with Tissiak. The Weld stable is represented by Romiyna with Declan McDonogh aboard.
