A SUPERB edition of the Goffs Land Rover Sale concluded on Wednesday evening with a landmark set of final figures that were bolstered by an impressive 88% clearance rate over the two days.

Despite being cut back from three sessions to two, which meant that 100 fewer horses came under the hammer this year, the sale was still able to post a 4% increase in turnover which came in at just under €12.3m. The average of €32,291 represented an improvement of 23 points while the €28,000 median finished up 40% ahead of last year.
