A CAMELOT half-brother to Altior became the highest priced National Hunt foal to come under the hammer for a dozen years when selling to former Irish soccer international Kevin Doyle for €155,000 on day three of the Tattersalls Ireland National Hunt Sale.

From the moment the catalogue for this sale was released this colt appealed as a likely sale topper and he duly lived up to his star billing with his price representing a return to the heights of 2007 when this sale produced foals that sold for €210,000 and €170,000.
