RACE BEHIND THE SCENES: Bloodstock experts to share advice

Bloodstock experts to share advice

BREEDING is bigger than racing in pure economic terms, and it is only right that bloodstock gets a share of the attention during Race Behind The Scenes.

The Irish Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association has stepped forward and at 10am next Thursday you can tune in to watch a panel of five experts discuss the nuances of preparing foals for the upcoming sales.

Breeder and consignor Clare Manning of Boherguy Stud will be joined on the panel by veterinary surgeon Cormac Feeney, master farrier Martin Payne, videographer Ciara Jordan and a representative of Connolly’s Red Mills.

This webinar is funded by the Department of Agriculture Equine Technical Support & Equine Breeding Schemes Project.
