A bonus of €3,000 awaits the winning connections of the Gain Mares Final at Ballynoe on Tuesday, March 17th (St Patrick’s Day). The three-mile race is open to all mares who began the current season as maidens. Michael Philips of the race committee said: “This is the first year we have offered the bonus and we want to get the word out there.”
