YET another farm with over 100 acres has arrived on the market in the Kilcullen area, close to the Curragh. The region is home to some of the top stud farms in the country and hence land in the area attracts a certain level of equine interest, plus its excellent location and quality of land makes it attractive to farmers, and indeed business people working in Dublin city.

Halverstown is a 106-acre package located two miles from the village of Kilcullen and the M9 Dublin motorway, providing exceptional ease of access. Already this season, a 114-acre parcel at Rosetown, Athgarvan, went on to make almost €13,700/acre at auction and a 105-acre farm at Calverstown Little, Kilcullen, was sold for €9,100/acre, as well as 75 acres at Castlemartin and Kinneagh arriving on the scene.
