IN a nice gesture from the Shine family of Western Road Stud, the stud fee from five coverings from WRS Sunshine will go to a charity of the mare owners’ choice.

Cathal Shine said: “From the start of July, the stud fee from the first five Class 1 RID mares covered by WRS Sunshine will be donated to a charity of the mare owner’s choice. The stud fee is €300.”
