TIPPERARY-based American show jumper Rosalie Biedron (18) has written her first book, ‘Fadó, My Irish Once upon a Time’, which tells her own story about how she transformed from a little girl who loved feeling the wind in her hair while riding her pony, Peaches, around the family farm into a show jumper who competed in her first major equestrian show at age 12 and won her class.

Biedron, a native of Oldwick, New Jersey, has been based at Greg Broderick’s Ballypatrick Stables in Co Tipperary since September 2016. She has a love for art, literature, and writing. When she is not riding a horse or doing school work, you can find her painting and pondering her place in the world.
