BRITISH international eventer Ros Canter had a standout year in 2018, she won an individual and team gold medal at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina, she finished third in Badminton Horse Trials with Allstar B, third in Luhmuhlen with Zenshera and she ended the season as FEI world number two, just five points behind Oliver Townend.

If this wasn’t enough to fit into 2018, Canter took to Twitter last Sunday to announce some big news which may alter her eventing plans for the 2019 season. Canter said: “It turns out 2018 gave us more than a gold medal. We are excited to be having a baby this summer! Thank you for all of the support.”
