PAT Taaffe certainly clocked up the miles last weekend as, following an abortive trip to Glenbeigh for Saturday, he headed to Carndonagh in Donegal on Sunday where he was rewarded with a treble and the best of the weather.

Dingle Derby winner Mr. Bowen returned to action in the two-mile race where he made all the running for a comprehensive win.
