THE fallout from the Gigginstown House Stud decision to remove 60 horses from trainer Willie Mullins’ Closutton Stables, has had a significant spiral effect to the plans of their young stock who are set to run between the flags in four-year-old maidens during the spring.

Michael O’Leary’s Gigginstown outfit have often favoured introducing their young horses into competitive action between the flags, a long-standing pattern they have followed for many years.
