THE dual Grade 1 winner Petite Parisienne fetched €130,000 to emerge as the star of the show at this year’s Goffs December National Hunt Sale, which continued its recent progression with another improved set of final figures.

Bolstered by the new record price, the sale posted an aggregate of just over €3.6m, which was a 12% progression on last year. The average grew by 17 points to €11,698, while the €8,200 median progressed by nine points. An overall clearance rate of 65% represented a marginal decline on 2015.
