Bred by the partnership of Wayne, Gary, and Bryan Lyster, the Maria Borell-trained three-year-old is a $200,000 Keeneland September Yearling Sale graduate, and he is the first foal out of Bella Jolie (by Broken Vow). Stephanie's Kitten won the Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf over nine and a half furlongs, a fifth win at the highest level for Kenneth and Sarah Ramsey's homebred daughter of their Ramsey Farm stallion Kitten's Joy (by El Prado). The six-year-old multi-millionaire is out of Unfold The Rose (by Catienus), an unraced daughter of the Grade 1 Del Mar Oaks heroine Bail Out Becky (by Red Ransom).

The Jerry Hollendorfer-trained daughter of Jonabell Farm stallion Medaglia d'Oro (by El Prado) is a $400,000 Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Yearling Sale graduate and she was bred by John Antonelli.
