STRADIVARIUS was shining in the sun, posing among John Gosden’s stable staff in the Clarehaven Stables yard, Newmarket recently, as they shared in the spoils of the 2019 Weatherbys Hamilton Stayer’s Million won by the champion stayer.

In the same very generous gesture as last year, Bjorn Nielsen asked for their £75,000 to be increased to £100,000 out of his own percentage, and there were understandably many happy faces on show.
