Having grown up on a farm in Co Meath and gone on to achieve international acclaim, Richard Corrigan will be returning to his roots at the Food Theatre where he will host a masterclass on how to cook delicious, seasonal game. Richard is renowned for using high quality local ingredients and supporting independent suppliers.
