WHILE walk/trot classes have been frequently scheduled to attract newcomers to dressage shows, Cheval Riding Club has introduced an added incentive for its dressage training league, which commenced at the club’s Jordanstown grounds last Saturday. The new ‘no plaiting’ option proved popular with riders and the large turn-out included many adults and children who were making their competitive debuts in a dressage arena.

On a beautiful spring day, there was a nice relaxed atmosphere around the grounds where the classes were judged by the ever-encouraging Clare Fitzsimons.
