SHOWJUMPING Ireland will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on November 27th next in order to remove the existing auditor, Eilis Quinlan, who has held office for nine years.

Statutory Instrument 312 of 2016, relating to auditors and public interest companies, requires that an auditor serve no more than 10 years, with three to five years accepted practice. Following a review, it came to the Executive’s attention that Quinlan has held office for nine years.
