IT could be three weeks before Oisin Murphy hears from France Galop if he will be charged with failing a drugs test this summer.

Champion jockey in Britain, Murphy has vowed to do “everything that I can” to prove his innocence after testing positive for metabolites of cocaine at Chantilly on July 19th, where he partnered The Lir Jet to finish second in the Group 2 Prix Robert Papin.
