GARDAI were called to this week’s annual general meeting of the Association of Irish Racehorse Owners [AIRO] where tensions ran high and voices were raised.
Staged at the ITBA headquarters in Kill, Co Kildare, the meeting drew an attendance of almost 100 people who were there to vote in an election of council members and on a number of motions.
