TRAINERS have welcomed news that they will be given 10 minutes’ grace to produce the passports for intended runners on racedays when their horseboxes have been genuinely delayed for unforseeable reasons.
The tour which has a prize fund of €35 million will not go ahead in 2020 due to Covid-19
