NORTHERN trainers saddled the winners of seven of the 12 races contested at the Fermanaghs’ two-day fixture at Castle Irvine, Necarne last Friday and Saturday, Noel Kelly having the final say when his wife Shauna’s William Tyndale landed the concluding Killyhevlin Hotel seven-year-old and upwards geldings’ maiden by 20 lengths

It was a second success of the season for the Co Derry handler but the first ever in the career of rider Daniel Scullion who is a farrier by trade and has Kelly’s Draperstown yard on his books.
