THE British-bred Mumford was crowned supreme elite performance show series champion at the recent RoR Goffs UK national championships in the Aintree International Equestrian Centre. By Stimulation out of the Fraam mare Noble Nova, the seven-year-old Mumford ran eight times without winning in a flat career spread over four seasons. He is still the property of Geoff Harker, who last saddled him to run at Beverley just over 12 months ago.

At Aintree, Mumford won under show horse and pony producer Collette McGoldrick who, with partner Edward Young, has leased the bay for the season and began competing with him in April.
