NORTH of Ireland purchasers signed for some high-priced lots at the recent store sales in this country starting on day one of last week’s Land Rover dispersal at Goffs where Russell MacNabb, acting for Gallagher Bloodstock, had the final say at €155,000 for a three-year-old Authorized gelding.

At this week’s Tattersalls Ireland Derby Sale, MacNabb was again to the fore when buying for Pat Gallagher, giving €195,000 for a three-year-old Walk In The Park gelding who is a half-brother to Eskylane (by Flemensfirth), the winner of a point-to-point and a bumper.
