HALF of the eight winners at the North Cornwall meeting in Wadebridge on Sunday were Irish-bred with Air Glider initiating a double for trainer Dean Summersby and rider Darren Edwards in the opening three-runner hunt race.

Sent off at odds of 2/5, the seven-year-old Mountain High gelding scored by a dozen lengths on his first start in a British point-to-point and his stable-companion, the eight-year-old Well Chosen gelding Chosen Well, landed the 12-runner restricted by two lengths at odds of 6/4.
