DARREN Edwards and Dean Summersby are in top form at present and, respectively, currently lead the standings in the British men riders’ table and that for trainers with seven horses or less.

The pair combined to win with two Irish-breds at Wadebridge on Sunday, although the seven-year-old Robin Des Pres gelding Robin De Souza, who was sent off a 4/5 shot, had to share the honours in the confined with his main market-rival, Before The War. Edwards and Summersby completed their double in the four-runner intermediate with the eight-year-old Garuda gelding Rockinrolldixie who scored by a short-head.
