AHEAD of their ITV Racing assignments at Cheltenham on New Year’s Day, Luke Harvey and Victoria Pendleton attended the Cambridgeshire Harriers’ point-to-point at Cottenham on Saturday when Harvey’s Porlock Bay won the opening hunt club members’ race under Darren Edwards.

On hand to greet the 2007 Dr Massini gelding following his second success of the campaign was the owner/trainer’s good friend and fellow presenter on At The Races, Jason Weaver. The latter takes a keen interest in the winner and actually led the Patrick McGreal-bred bay up on this occasion.
