THE banishment of Gina Andrews to the sidelines through injury coincided with a halt in action across the water for two weekends, first through frost and then through the equine flu crisis.

Returing on Saturday, Andrews travelled to Brocklesby Park where she rode two short-priced winners for her trainer husband Tom Ellis, Pass The Glass in the four-runner Connolly’s Red Mills intermediate and King Of The Clothe who made a successful British debut in the three-runner open maiden.
