THE team members, parents, and coaches of the Young Rider and Junior eventing squads who travelled to the European Championships in Sweden wish to sincerely thank all those who helped make the trip possible. Thanks to Gain Equine Nutrition for ongoing support as title sponsor and provision of travel bursary for our youth teams; to Horse Sport Ireland and official suppliers Equiline, TRM Equine Nutrition, Dubarry of Ireland, Berney Bros Saddlery and Horseware – your support is truly appreciated. And finally sincere thanks to all who so generously donated prizes for our fund-raising raffle and for the many people who purchased tickets – the draw will take place this week and winners contacted before the weekend. The teams had an amazing week in Sweden with the Young Riders’ winning silver medals and the Junior team finishing sixth – none of this would have been possible without the amazing support.
