SHE was mugged on her stakes race debut at Navan earlier this month, but there was no such hard-luck story for One Voice this time as she capped a tremendous weekend for Jessica Harrington by landing the Group 3 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Blue Wind Stakes.

On her stakes race debut in the Salsabil Stakes, One Voice (16/5) was collared on the line by stablemate Silence Please and that effort made her a likely contender for this Oaks trial. She passed this test with flying colours, but there is unlikely to be a classic bid next for the winner with a gradual rise up the ranks the likely plan for the first horse that the trainer has had for American owner-breeder Craig Bernick.
