He went close in a couple of really big international races but it’s back home at Newmarket that he’s thrived. Since he moved to Jane Chapple-Hyam’s yard he has won five of the six times that he’s run at what is now his most local track, with a three quarter length second in the Cambridgeshire being his sole defeat.
