IRISH vendors were to the fore as Arqana posted record figures for its Breeze Up Sale last weekend and produced one of the best markets so far this year, with turnover breaking the €10 million barrier for the first time, while the average of €110,347 was the first in six-figure territory. A daughter of Frankel, offered from Brendan Holland’s Grove Stud sold for €800,000, the best price ever achieved by the company for the sale.
