Patrick Sarsfield: Late developing five-year-old only really got going last year, progressing from winning a handicap off 89 to winning Group 3 Meld Stakes over nine furlongs here. Went close to Group 1 win in Munich after but has largely looked held at higher levels since, and though unlucky not to land a Royal Ascot win in the Listed Wolferton, he needs a huge effort to topple the big trio today.
