KILKENNY’s Ger O’Neill won the Irish Breeders’ Classic for the third time at Barnadown in Co Wexford last Sunday. The feature five and six-year-old final carries a prize fund of €26,420, the richest young horse class in Europe.

O’Neill was victorious aboard the five-year-old gelding Dawsons Gold when the combination were the fastest of three double clear rounds in a time of 40.36 seconds.
