IN-FORM young rider Jason Foley scored a victory for Ireland at the Dutch Youngster Festival in Wierdan, The Netherlands, last weekend, while British-based junior Ella Quigley placed third in the Junior Grand Prix.

Thirty started in Saturday’s Grand Prix, with 13 making it through to the jump-off, including all three Irish junior riders at the show. Six of the 13 went on to produce a clear round in the jump-off with Quigley breaking the beam in 43.27 seconds to slot into third with her father David’s Off White. Victory went to Britain’s Red Morgan with True Blue III, ahead of teammate Benjamin Clark and Sam Van De Helle in second.
