CO Down’s Conor Swail led an Irish 1-2-3 in the three-star Grand Prix of Arezzo in Italy last Sunday. Riding his own and Vanessa Mannix’s 10-year-old gelding Domino van de Valhoeve (Lord Z x Concorde), he posted the winning round of 40.03 seconds to claim the winner’s prize of €7,500.

In total, 52 combinations went to post and six delivered double clears, with three Irish riders making it through to the timed round.
