THERE was positive news for the Irish racing industry on Thursday when HRI’s half-year 2018 statistics revealed there was a significant increase in new owners and syndicates. New owners are up 19%, while new syndicates have increased by 44%.
The year has produced many top level successes to reflect on while the insurance issue is temporarily solved
