FOLLOWING the cancellation of Navan’s Thursday meeting and the three steeplechase races at Naas on Sunday, Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) has announced the following race programme alterations:

o The Toals.com Leinster National H’cap S’chase is transferred from Naas on Sunday to Gowran Park this Saturday March 10th and will be run over 2m and 7f (entries after forfeits stand and declarations to run must be made by 10am on Friday March 9th – now Race 44H)

o The 4-y-o Maiden Hurdle over 2 miles scheduled for Navan on Thursday is transferred to Naas on Sunday March 11 (original entries stand and fresh declarations must be made by 10am on Friday March 9 – now Race 45B)

o The Garlow Cross H’cap H’dle (116 = 11st 10lb) over 2m and 4f scheduled for Navan on Thursday is transferred to Naas on Sunday March 11th and will be run over 2m and 3f (original entries stand and fresh declarations must be made by 10am on Friday March 9th – now Race 45D)

o The Flyingbolt Novice S’chase (Grade 3) over 2m and 1f scheduled for Navan on Thursday is transferred to the Navan meeting on Sunday March 18 and will be run over 2 miles (fresh entries will close for this race along with the rest of the Navan meeting on Tuesday March 13th – now Race 49H)

o In addition, the distance of the Pierce Molony Memorial Novice S’chase (listed) (Race 54B) at Thurles on Saturday March 24th is now 2m 4f (from 2m 2f)
