Whitsbury Manor Stud's high-class sprinter Swiss Spirit (by Invincible Spirit) notched up his second winner when the Michael Dods-trained Time Trail made a winning debut over five furlongs at Beverley.

The £38,000 Goffs UK Doncaster Premier Yearling Sale graduate was bred by Kevin Daniel Crabb, she is out of Starbeck (by Spectrum) and her sibling include the six-time scorer Harrogate Fair (by Trade Fair). Her stakes-placed dam is a half-sister to seven-time six-furlong winner Misplaced Fortune (by Compton Place).

Time Trail holds an entry in the Listed totepool Two-Year-Trophy at Redcar in October.

Group 1-winning miler Havana Gold (by Teofilo), who stands at Tweenhills Farm & Stud, got off the mark when the Kevin Ryan-trained Havana Star made a winning debut over five furlongs at Beverley.

The €37,000 Goffs Sportsmans Yearling Sale graduate was bred by Mubarak Al Naemi, he is out of Nagham (by Camacho) and his winning dam is a half-sister to Mica Mika (by Needwood Blade) and Foreign Rhythm (by Distant Music) who won 18 races between them.

The Charles Hills-trained Rock Of Estonia made it two from two when recording an odds-on success over the minimum trip at Bath. The chesnut was bred by Colin Kennedy, he made 90,000gns from Book 2 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale, and he is a son of the late Group 1 star and Tally-Ho Stud stallion Society Rock (by Rock Of Gibraltar).
