DAVID MULLINS got off the mark as a professional at Thurles last Sunday when 14/1 chance Fosters Cross, trained by his father Tom, gave him his first success over hurdles in the Horse & Jockey Hotel Handicap Hurdle.
Amateur jockeys are currently prevented from riding in Britain due to a tightening of coronavirus regulations, as they do not fall under the elite sport banner that enables racing to continue there
David Mullins calls it a day; starting procedure still leave a bit to be desired.
