GER Lyons has seen his support of the Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction Series rewarded with no less than five winners this year. Interestingly, the Meath trainer has only one of those winners entered in the €120,000 final at Naas next Sunday, but in Kestrel Prince, he has a good one.

The Gaelic Thoroughbreds-owned colt became only the second horse to win two races in the regular part of the series, accruing €27,695, which is well over half of what his connections paid for him as a yearling at Tattersalls this time last year.
