KNOWN affectionately by the locals as the blow-ins with the unpronounceable name, Janey and Nicky Roncoroni settled in Co Kilkenny some three years ago. Despite their Italian moniker, the mother and daughter team in fact sport a mix of Italian, Scottish and English heritage, and with a natural affinity for their adopted country, are staunch supporters of Irish rugby.

Like many before them, it was the lure of the horse that brought them to Ireland, and specifically to Castlekelly, a townland nestled in between equestrian strongholds of Gowran and Goresbridge.
